I’m just getting started, and my budget is tight, so I need to cut costs anywhere I can.
I’ve been researching used salon chairs on the net. With the amount of money I expect to save on it, I should ba able to hire one more stylist.
As long as I’m careful to buy quality, my customers will never know the difference.

When a patient will be going through a detailed procedure with a recovery time it will be important for the patient to follow their dentist or specialist instructions. Back in the “olden days”, movie starlets like Greta Garbo and Marilyn Monroe were voluptuous and curvaceous and darn proud of it! People were attracted to their “real” bodies and their curvy hips. There were no Amerie nose job or Beyonce breast augmentations. They were real women (albeit glamorous), but real. Nowadays, having curves is a thing of the past and it is all about the “waif” look…boy hips, flat chests and zero body fat. This obviously isn’t healthy, but when all you see in magazines and on the silver screen are actresses who are incredibly thin and gorgeous, it makes you want to be just like them. But, here’s a newsflash for you…these “actresses” have personal trainers to get them to look the way they do and personal chefs to prepare healthful, low fat meals for them to keep them looking that way. That is not real life and nobody should be expected to look such a way. The problem is, the actresses are not announcing to the general public what they do to look this way, because, let’s face it, they would lose that allure of being “perfect” if people knew how hard they had to work to look the way that they do.
For those that have the necessary room in their homes, having a salon chair is a great investment. When family members want haircuts, a styling and more, it provides a much more preferred solution than a folding chair or kitchen chair, for example. A professional used salon chair is a great choice, as you will not have to pay an exorbitant price like you would for a new model. Also, these chairs are often in wonderful condition and are only sold because the salon is upgrading or changing the style of their salon, and replacing them for that reason.
Living in the great state of Maine affords its residents many benefits in the way of quality of life and career.
I know, people who live in other parts of the United States maintain similar views concerning their geographical home as well.
But, to be honest, life is about as good as it gets up north along the Atlantic coast; which is why I plan to stay here as long as I can.
To help ensure that happening, I’ll be entering my first semester this fall at Pierre’s School Of Cosmetology.
Not only am I looking forward to a great education, I can study near home in my beautiful home state.
Moving on a regular basis may be the normal when you are a hairdresser. Many in this profession may move regularly to different locations and stations to do business. Having everything they need off site is important to make sure that they do the same quality job they would in the shop. Using portable hair salon equipment will allow hairdressers to have all they need at any site where they are taking care of customers. There are some hairdressers that may travel from shop to volunteering on a daily basis and having a mirror, stool, and stand will allow them to take care of their clients if they are in a nursing home, a hospital or a private home.
It can be said that surgery involves a certain amount of cutting, right? Of course, right! Therefore, can you have surgery without an incision of one sort or another?
That is a very good question. I maintain that nonsurgical liposuction is like asking a cook to whip up an omelet, but without breaking any eggs. In the same vein, non surgical liposuction is a contradiction in terms.
I will concede that body sculpting can be done with non surgical methods, such as injections and wraps, but my point is this: call the procedure by a more accurate name, that’s all.
