My experience with hoodia gordonii

 

I’ve been using hoodia gordonii for three months now and I have to say it has been effective when all is said and done. On the plus side I am eating less. I don’t feel the same urge to eat and I have lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks, not a massive amount but still good progress. However if I’m being honest I think the one thing that has helped the most in that by investing on some hoodia (it’s not exactly cheap) I’ve been more inclined to stick to my eating and light exercise plan. I guess I’m thinking that if I’m going to all the trouble of buying some hoodia gordonii pills then I better also eat small portions and more of the food I know I need to eat and less of those fatty cakes, pasties and take away meals.
