 What on earth is a gynecomastia shirt for goodness sake? Is it like one of those funny barbeque apron? Perhaps they have the holes cut out at the top so to show off the newly acquired man breast. Or does a man boobs shirt come with a built in bra or something? I don't know I'm only guessing but I assume these shirts somehow hide the protruding offenders to hide embarrassment when out in public. Perhaps wearing man bra's will become the norm in the future.
