The Truth About Crossing Your Legs
Did you know that crossing your legs can increase your risk of varicose and spider veins? I’m not sure where I head that before, but since my grandmother had terrible varicose veins in her legs, I am very paranoid and think about how crossing my legs and the genetic link could both be increasing my risks. The thing is, though, that I seem to almost always sit with my legs crossed. Whether eating, reading, typing, doing artwork, even as a passenger in a car, I frequently sit with crossed legs. I just can’t seem to help it! That is how I’m most comfortable.
