When you go in to meet with your plastic surgeon for a consultation, he/she will discuss with you exactly how you desire your breasts to be. Do you want them lifted? Do you want them fuller? Do you desire them to be several sizes larger? Those are just a few questions that your surgeon will ask to get a better grasp on your desire. He will take several pictures and measurements of your breast at that time as well. He will also check for any lumps or masses in your breast at that time (it is standard procedure). Once your measurements are done, your surgeon will explain to you about the breast enhancement process from beginning to end. You will be asked if you wish for saline or silicone as fillers for your implants and what size you desire. Generally a 500cc implant would give you a noticeable change without being jaw dropping. Your surgeon will explain to you how you will feel coming out of the surgery and how long after the procedure you will start to see results. Remember, there will be some major swelling for quite a while after the augmentation is done.
