Acid Reflux Disease Diet
We all know how we feel if we over indulge while eating. You know that uncomfortable feeling you get when you have eaten too much at a meal. One of the most unpleasant side effects are those brought on by erosive acid reflux disease. The acid regurgitation that results in that sour liquid backing up in your throat and mouth. The heartburn that causes you discomfort. To avoid these side effects, eat smaller meals, more frequently if needed. Avoid fatty, greasy foods and alcohol as much as possible. Elevate your head at least six, but no more than eight inches when lying down.
