How can I exercise in my room without disturbing the rest of my household?
Kyler J asked:
Ok, I’m a teen and I never get out alot. My parents won’t let me go running outside and they don’t have a membership to a gym or anything. I have started exercising in my room. By jumping around, and dancing like crazy. But they always complain about how I make too much noise and that the floors are thin. Then I tried running up and down the stairs but they complained about that too. So what exercise can I do without my parents complaining about noise?

I have the exact same problem.
Try yoga, or get a chair and sit, stand up, sit, stand up, etc.
Or you could do push ups or sit ups.
get an exercise ball, there perfect.
there are plenty of simple and quiet exercises you can do on them.
i have one, i love it, you can do exercise even while your watching your favourite tv show or anything.
Sit Ups
Crunches
Stand Ups

you could use the basement. also weight training doesnt make much noise (dumbells, medicine balls, anything where your flexing.)
It sounds like you have been doing aerobic stuff tho
I have the same problem. I asked this question yesterday too.
Do sit-ups, crunches, leg lifts
super mans- They are just like sit ups, but as you are going up, extend your arms too the ceiling, than as you are going down, put your hands behind your head again (just like the way you started). Do as many as you can, and you will really start too feel the burn
