A little concerned asked:

I was wondering what would be the best way to lose weight through exercise. I want to lose about 20kg currently 96kg and have begun to change my eating habits but I want to begin some sort of exercise routine to help me lose more weight and to help strengthen my muscles as well.

    hi
If you are thinking of trying a workout routine to lose
weight, I have some questions for you to think about.

    - Do you feel sluggish When you get home at night?
    - Are you often tired?
    - Do you feel stiff quite often ?
    - Is it hard to handle everyday stresses?

If you go too long without appropriate exercise, fresh air
and sufficient relaxation, you may feel as tired on your
inside as your muscles feel weak on your outside. If this
is the way you feel, why not try an exercise routine and
    give yourself more energy?

If you would like to lose a few pounds and tighten up your
muscles, a routine for working out with both cardio and
strength training might be just right for you.

A good, daily exercise or workout routine will give you
extra energy, increase your metabolism, as well as release
endorphins into your bloodstream. This will make you feel
good. Wouldn’t you like to feel great all day long? A
good workout or exercise routine is a perfect, natural way
    to accomplish it.

The great thing about it is that you can do it in the
comfort of your own home. All you need is a few pieces of
equipment for working out in your It is easier than you
think to achieve these extra benefits, and the best part
is, you can do it at home. With a few pieces of quality
home gym equipment, like a treadmill or an elliptical
exerciser, you could soon be seeing your muscles tone, your
energy level boost, and your moods get much better.

one M/W/F do a cardio workout whether you go running, cycling, swimming, do a calisthenic workout, etc.

T/TH lift weights.. upper body one day. lower body the next. saturday and sunday you can take off if you want but you cant blow your diet. could incorporate a light workout… maybe another run or something if it makes you feel better… might relieve soreness etc.

what your gonna want to do is eat food about every 2 hours. dont skip breakfast lunch and dinner but every 2 hours eat a fruit or anything healthy you could think of. it keeps your metabolism fast. also get about at least a half hour to an hour of cardio a day. but make sure the workout makes you sweat. if the workout is a comfortable one you probably wont get great results. also get more testosterone in your system. this could help by gettin a stiffy for a while. testosterone speeds up your metabolism and burns fat

always burn more calories that you take in. so if you don’t exercise.. only eat what will gain you enough energy to do what you will be doing for the day. do some cardio (running, aerobics) one day then do weight training the next. do you get the fit channel? they have sooo many different work out routines AND healthy recipie ideas. find something FUN.. or you might get bored.

Running/Jogging a mile or two per day will work wonders. Give it 3 months…run 3 or 4 time per week. It doesn’t cost anything and you can do it whenever you like…run down the street or find a treadmill somewhere.

Once you start shedding the pounds after 2 months or so you can transition into a weight lifting program. Don’t heavy lift — you’ll want to lift light weight w/ 3 sets of 10-20 repetitions for each exercise.

Alternate upper body one day and lower body another day. (hit the gym 3 or 4 times per week).

If you’re not sure about what exercises to do, ask someone at the gym what they’d recommend for a good upper and lower body workout — or you can get a personal trainer. The people at the front desk will help you with both suggestions.
