What are some good exercise for your triceps?

I haul hay bales and bags of feed all day, and am fairly in shape, but getting saggy in the tricep area. What’s a good exercise to tone that region up?

    Here’s a website that may help and has several exercises specifically designed for the triceps:

    Try some skull cruchers at ma rep, and weight. You arms will be looking good after a month

    I can recommend some good exercises, but it’s not going to “fix” saggy skin in the triceps area.
    Kick backs: quadruped position with a weight in one hand lift elbow until upper arm is even with torso and parallel to floor, extend at elbow, keeping upper arm still at torso
    Skull Crushers: in supine position, with ez bar over chest, arms extended, bend at elbow only until bar is near face
    Over head press: standing or seated with dumbell in one or both hands, lift arms over head, flex toward back, and repeat
    Bench press hits both pecs and tris
    Push ups hit pecs and tris
