exercise
SkaterChick asked:

I don’t exercise alot at school as I’m pretty shy so I was just wondering what kind of exercise I can do at home. I’m not overweight & I don’t look overweight. People have commented that I have nice legs and I really want to keep it that way :) So please help! I need some kind of exercise I can do to keep my legs in shape and my tummy flat ^^

All nice & helpful answers would be appreciated!

Tommy

Diet! It takes no equipment. You can have the fastest car in the world but if you put crappy fuel in it, it’s not going to run very well at all. Other than that yoga

Jumping Jacks for fitness - start with 20 first week,, progress to 50 the second week. and aim for 100 a day.
Flat tummy comes from your eating habits. NO fast food or sodas. Truly
Sit ups and that exercise where you are on the ground propped up by only your forearms and toes. Gets you right in the guts. Try holding that for 3 minutes.
    Go girl.

My mum has just lost 55kgs. All she has done is walk every morning for an hour and a half, then push ups and sit ups twice a day. She also ate healthy. No gym, No fad diet, Nothing but exercise and eating correctly.

walk, run, crunches, push-ups, lunges, squeeze a pillow between your legs for one minute, running up and down stairs (if stairs are available), planks (lean on your elbows and tiptoes and squeeze your tummy muscles for 30 seconds-increase as you get more endurance), and/or jumping jacks with canned goods in both hands.

walking , step work (just going up and down the stairs) , put a cushion between your knees and squeeze it , when you go to bed pull your tummy muscles in hold for a few seconds repeat as many times as you can - good luck !
