    cardio

    25-35mins a day 4-5 days a week

    cardio is the best way. I suggest 45-60 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. It may sound boring, but mix and match to keep things interesting.

    Running, stairmaster, treadmills, swimming etc. etc.

    Also, it is not only exercises but also aproper diet that is essential in getting that desired body.

    I use the 10 minute trainer. It has worked wonders and I love it. I fit iit into my busy life of being a stay at home mom of 3 kids 4 years, 2 years , 5 months and well after 2 months I look great! check out the link. the first 1 is the informercial, the second is the site.
