I want to start training my abs at home because i don’t have time to go to the gym. I was wondering if there is a specific exercise or exercises that I can do that really works.

I think everyone should own a stability ball, but i guess that’s my own personal bias.

Remember, that if your working your abs, you need to work your lower back aswell.

Crunches (specifically on a stability ball, their really cheap.. like at big5 or a sports authority), plank, side plank, and bicycle crunches will all work your rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis, and internal & external obliques… pretty much working every muscle in a 5 inch radius from your belly button.

    Best of luck!

    -Plank position (see the link)
