It really depends on what kind of shape she is in. She should start out with some water aerobics, join a class at the local pool. She could also go for a walk in the mornings. She should walk at a pace she feels comfortable with and go for as long as she feels she can.

She can do anything she can handle. By the time you get to that age its decided by what you’ve maintained.

Some are bedridden, others still do marathons.

Walking is the best for her age. She should also try organic foods.

Power walking is great, she can attend a swim excessive class, really light weight training, light jogging.

    light jogging
and if she can get into a pool throughout the year, pool workouts are great! they’re easier and it doesn’t put too much pressure on the joints.

The people at Curves will help your mom to achieve her goals. The time spent on the circuits are no more than 30 seconds each. The girls are caring and takes into consideration, age and ability.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website , they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
