Getting Enough Minerals In Your Diet?
Are you getting enough minerals in your diet. You know why? Because all of the foods that you would eat to get these important minerals are now being stripped of them. Stripped because of all the chemicals they spray on them and not to mention the way they are processed. I am talking about fruits and vegetables. They would normally give you plenty of minerals but unless you have your own garden you aren't getting the amount your body needs. So on top of sports nutrition supplements I recommend some sort of mineral drink, this way you know that you are getting enough minerals into your body.
