You need to consume the right food in the right quantity to stay healthy. Go for low calorie drinks and sugar free drinks, snack on fruit between meals instead of fried foods. Have large amount of vegetables and salads daily. In take of chicken, meat, fish, cheese and eggs are necessary but make sure to restrict the amount.
