Crunch Your Way to a New Stomach

 

Crunches are one of the most popular exercises to lose stomach fat, but the problem is that many do not do the exercises properly. Begin by laying on the floor with your knees at a 45 degree angle, and your fingers lightly touching the sides of your head. Slowly bring your torso off the ground until your stomach “crunches”. Hold for one second, and slowly lay down. Repeat 12 times, then take a short break. You can do this exercise 3-4 times in each sitting, and you should see results in just a few weeks.
