Phase 2 of the South Beach Diet is not as easy as it looks

 

The Phase 2 is a very tricky phase indeed. Its length completely depends on how much you need to lose. When something majorly sets you back then you would have no choice other than reverting to Phase 1. But you cannot hover around Phase 1 for indiscriminate length of time as that would result in long-term nutrition deficiency. When you re-introducing carbs into your south beach diet you have to be very discreet and limiting and cannot go off the tangent at all. See how your body weight and image reacts to every bit of new carb you introduce yourself. Know your limits and get rid of those which make you feel stuffed!
