The Right Stuff??

Although many are turning to caffeine as a cellulite buster, it may just turn out that caffeine and cellulite do not have the link you think.  Some people have decided to look into research that has been done to test this link – and have found that there may not be as strong a link as people may want to think.  Of course tests still need to be done either way to let us know whether or not caffeine can reduce cellulite and remove fat – but just remember that the best defense against unwanted fat is usually always diet and exercise.
