You May Begin…
The early stages of the cabbage soup diet allow you to discover that you can enjoy lots and lots of fruit – although you must be careful not to consume any bananas the first couple of days. So on day one, you are allowed to eat fruit, along with your soup. You can wash this down with water or cranberry juice, as well as teas which are unsweetened. On the second day of dieting, focus on vegetable intake; no matter whether cooked or uncooked, you can consume all kinds of vegetables, as much as you want. Although you may not eat any fruit, you can have a nice, buttered baked potato. Also avoid corn, peas, and any kind of dry beans.
