Migraine Triggers
A trigger is anything that causes a process or a reaction to take place. Everything has some or the other trigger. The same goes for migraine too. There are certain factors that can cause a migraine attack or even aggravate the problem. Alcohol especially red wine can trigger the problem. One of the most prominent factors that can cause frequent attacks is stress and lack of proper sleep. Environmental factors such as weather, altitude can also effect the problem. The food one eats also affects the problem. Foods with a high caffeine content can also set off the problem.
