Social Benefits of Sauna Time
You might be surprised to know that there are many social benefits of sauna time. Remember, howver, that sauna etiquette often varies with the country you’re in. For example, in some European countries, some suanas are only for men or women. In these suanas, clothing is often optional. But some sauna building are for mixed genders, which means that both women and men are allowed to enter. In these saunas, people generally are expected to keep their clothing on. This is true for both infrared and steambath suanas, although, if you’re not familiar with the local etiquette, it’s probably best to ask before you enter or assume anything, or you may experience problems, rather than benefits, of sauna time on your social life.
