Who Gets Of Spine Stenosis

I was working on an article for my company's monthly newsletter about work related injuries and conditions when I came across a condition called lumber spinal stenosis. The information I researched told me who the prime candidates were to be diagnosed with the different types of stenosis. The biggest factor for this malady is age. It seems the people who develop this are more likely to be over the age of 50. As people get older thier bodies begin to break down and a stenosis, or narrowing of the spinal canal becomes more prevalent. It can also come from injuring your back but those cases are not very common.
